Very easy homemade Pumpkin Spice recipe for latte, pie, and cookies

For my Pumpkin Spice mix, I use cloves, allspice, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, and ginger. This blend is not only perfect for the fall pumpkin season but is also great for the holiday season. You can now easily make this great spice blend at home. I love it when the kitchen smells so wonderful from the different spices afterward. It also always gives me great pleasure to create my own spice blends, because this way I know exactly what is included and can also vary what I like very much or maybe less and adjust the spice according to my own preferences.
This is how easy it is to make Pumpkin Spice

Another advantage is that the flavor of each spice is much more intense when ground by hand than with industrially blended spices. I use a very simple stone mortar for my spice blends and am super happy with it. I grind all the spices together in it, except for the nutmeg, which I grate fresh at the end. Then I put everything together in the mixer with the pulp of half a vanilla bean. You can then store the spice in a small, closable jar. It lasts forever!
Pumpkin Spice – the perfect giveaway for guests
When we are invited somewhere in fall or winter, I like to bring a jar of my homemade Pumpkin Spice as a little gift for guests. I enjoy giving these little treats from the kitchen and, conversely, I’m always happy to be introduced to something new by receiving a homemade creation from someone
else.
